Visions of Leadership Week

We recently launched a new initiative to inspire thinking about the future nature of leadership: a week of reflection and debates on the HEC campus, centering on the theme: "Visions of Leadership."  The leaders of tomorrow's companies will need to pool leadership experience on a global scale, grasp the role of leadership in the governance of international companies, and develop new tools to improve business practices.

“This week is a core element of our approach to management education focused on the development of key skills such as leadership, responsibility, and decision making,” says Valérie Gauthier, Associate Dean of the HEC MBA Program, who organized this week with the support of Daniel Bernard, Affiliate Professor at HEC. “With an average of six years of professional experience each, MBA participants are able to draw on their past and enhance their leadership potential to become accomplished leaders themselves.”
